Corel AfterShot Pro toolbar
The Corel AfterShot Pro toolbar contains the following buttons, from left to right:

• | Pan tool — allows you to pan and zoom an image. Simply click and drag to pan, or hold CTRL (Command on a Mac) while scrolling your mouse wheel to zoom. Panning can be accessed only when the image extends beyond the viewable area. |
Note: you can temporarily switch to the Pan tool by pressing the spacebar.
• | White Balance dropper tool — after picking the white balance dropper, click in your image to set the white balance. Click on a portion of your image that should be neutral in color to set the while balance. |
• | Crop tool — click to open the Cropping palette to see, change, or apply a crop. |
• | Straighten tool — after clicking the Straighten tool, click and drag along a line in your image that should be either vertical or horizontal. |
• | Region tools — Circle, Polygon, Curve, and Brush tools let you to create or edit regions. For more information, see Selective adjustments. |
• | Image Zoom — lets you set the zoom level for the image displayed in the Preview panel. Drag the slider to set the zoom level or position your pointer over the control and use your mouse wheel. |
• | Toggle 1:1 — toggles the image display in the Preview panel between the current zoom level and 100% zoom level (1:1). |
• | Toggle Fit — toggles the image display in the Preview panel between the current zoom level and zoom-to-fit (fit to panel). |
Status bar

• | Toggle Multi-Image View — toggles the Preview panel to show either a single (off) or multiple (on) preview images if more than one thumbnail is selected. |
• | Lock Position and Zoom — toggles the locking of the Pan position and Image Zoom level of multiple preview images. With this on (locked), zooming or panning one of the preview windows will also zoom all of the other preview windows as well. |
• | Toggle Clipping Warning — toggles the visual indication of portions of the image that are clipped (at least one channel above or below the clipping limits set in the Preferences). |
